After saying “Mon frigo ne fonction pas” every day to my landlord since I got here, I opened my apartment door, followed a trail of styrofoam chips on the floor (thanks maintenance guy), and found this badboy waiting for me.  Cereal isn’t quite the same with tap water, so this is good news!

Even small town Reims has an IKEA.  Got everything I needed including a kickass meal for less than 30 euro.
